VENUE RENTAL RATES
Base Fee (any of the above):
$600.00 for up to 30 persons (Meeting Rm, Chickee Hut, Gallery)
$700.00 for up to 50 persons (Meeting Rm, Chickee Hut, Gallery)
$800.00 for 51 to 70 persons (Gallery, BBQ, or Wray Lawn only)
$1100.00 for 71 to 100 persons (BBQ and Wray Lawn only)
$1500.00 for 101 to 200 (BBQ and Wray Lawn only)
$2000.00 for 201 to 250 (BBQ and Wray Lawn only)
Venue rental rates are for 3 hour periods with 1/2 hour before and after for set up and clean up. Additional hours may incur a $100 per hour surcharge above the base rate.
Prices are for venue rental locations only:
Per person charge for all day use of all park facilities including Tram Tour & Wildlife Encounter- $12.50 per adult/ $8 per child
Non-Operating Hours Surcharge:
$100.00/hour after 5:00pm or before 9:00am
Deposit Required- 50% of contract due at signing. Balance due in full 4 weeks before event.
Security Deposit- $100.00 Refundable clean-up/security deposit per location due upon booking.
Venue rental events held before or after Garden hours may incur a $100 surcharge per hour.
Venue rental events that extend beyond allotted time may incur an additional $100 fee per hour.
Security Guard is required for events with beer and wine, or after hours, at an additional $30 fee per hour.
Kitchen Rental with BBQ is $150 additional fee.
50% penalty fee if booking is canceled outside of 61 days prior to event. No refund if booking is canceled within 60 days of event.
Cash, Credit card, or check only.
6% Florida State Sales Tax is added to all rentals.
Prices subject to change without notice (with exception of signed agreement).
Equipment Available: Tables and chairs, video screens, TV/VCR (in meeting room only). All other audio/visual, electronic devices are the responsibility of the rental party.
Outside catering is allowed for non-alcoholic events only. All set up and breakdown is responsibilty of lessee.
Champagne, wine, and beer only may be served, however no hard liquor is allowed, and self-provided alcohol is not permitted. For events where alcoholic beverages are served It is mandatory to use our in house caters. A Security Guard must be provided at your expense for all functions where beer and wine is served, and at all after hours events.
