WEDDING & RECEPTION LOCATIONS
  • Victorian Gazebo Perfect for a romantic ceremony.

  • Wray Home Lawn Canopy of Live Oaks surrounding historic 1933 home can accommodate up to 200 guests.

  • Barbecue Pavilion 2,500 sq.ft. covered picnic area/ with optional kitchen/brick BBQ accomodates up to 200 guests.

  • Gallery Air conditioned space can accomodate up to 70 guests with banquet setting, buffet area, and dance floor.

  • Miscellaneous Garden Areas Open areas for use during ceremonies.

WEDDING & RECEPTION RATES
Ceremony Only:

Ceremony (Up to 20 Guests)- $500.00*

Ceremony (21-50 Guests)- $1000.00*

Ceremony (51-100 Guests)- $1500.00*

Ceremony (101-150 Guests)- $2000.00 Ceremony (151-200 Guests)- $2500.00 Ceremony (201-250 Guests)- $3000.00
*Chairs are provided for ceremonies up to 100 guests only. Additional chairs are available for rent for wedding and ceremony.

Ceremony with Reception:

$600 in addition to above ceremony base rates

Ceremony with outdoor reception - 250 person maximum capacity on Wray Lawn or Pavilion; 150 person max capacity Banyan Lawn.

Ceremony with indoor reception - 70 person maximum capacity in Gallery, 50 person capacity in Meeting Room.

Ceremony rental rate is for 3 hours with 1/2 hour before and after for set up and clean up. Ceremony with reception rental rate is for 6 hours with additional 1/2 hour before and after for set up and clean up. Reception does not include chairs or tables.

Wedding Photography Only*:
$100 for admission for one wedding photographer and wedding party up to 4 people. (Reservations Required)
Additional guests- $18 per person
*This charge is not incurred if wedding ceremony and/or reception is held at Flamingo Gardens


Deposits:

Deposit Required- 50% of contract due at signing.  Balance due in full 4 weeks before event.

Security Deposit-  $100.00 Refundable clean-up/security deposit per location due upon booking.

Additional Fees:
Ceremonies or receptions held before or after Garden hours will incur a $100 surcharge per hour.
Ceremonies or receptions that extend beyond alotted time may incur an additional $100 fee per hour.
Security Guard is required for events with beer and wine, or after hours, at an additional $30 fee per hour.

Cancelation Policy:
50% penalty fee if booking is canceled outside of 61 days prior to event. No refund if booking is canceled within 60 days of event.

All set up and breakdown is responsibilty of lessee.


Outside Catering is not allowed. Catering must be with our preferred providers. Champagne, wine, and beer only may be served, however no hard liquor is allowed. No self-provided alcohol is permitted. All our preferred caterers have valid liquor license and provide us with a Certificate of Insurance. A Security Guard must be provided at your expense for all functions where beer and wine is served, and at all after hours events.
