Learn traditional Japanese techniques working on your own Bonsai
using a variety of plant species including subtropical natives.

Workshop includes instructions on methods of
wiring, pruning, potting and maintaining Bonsai.

for the Beginner Painter

Six-week session, Wednesdays, 1-4 pm

INSTRUCTOR Barbara Dix

Classes are for beginning watercolorists. Learn the fundamentals of color theory, composition & design, combined with basic drawing skills. Flamingo Gardens provides a colorful backdrop of flowering plants, trees and birds to entice your creative spirit.

WATERCOLOR & WATER MEDIA
for the Intermediate & Advanced Painter

Six-week session, Tuesdays, 1-4 pm

INSTRUCTOR Rowena Smith

Classes are for intermediate and advanced water media painters who wish to sharpen their skills.  Weekly critique will cover composition, design and color compatibility.
