Connect with the earth beneath your feet and the fresh air filling your lungs as you prepare your body, mind and soul for the week ahead. Join us on Sunday mornings for a gentle yoga practice and allow yourself to be truly present in the natural beauty of Flamingo Gardens.  


FIRST SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH:

​Aromatherapy & Yoga – Raw Essences Flow with Cintia Wess
A gentle yoga class that integrates aromatherapy and breathing techniques.  A warm body acting as its own diffuser, we layer different essential oils in response to stress, increased toxin levels, inflammation and autonomic nervous system imbalance. Paired, the body and mind move toward a holistic state of being.​ All material is included.


ALL OTHER SUNDAYS: 
Feel Good Flow with Sarah Freemyer 
A slow flow vinyasa class which encourages deeper awareness of the body and focuses on alignment, with emphasis on mindful movement. Options given to make the practice accessible to all levels.


COSTS
Price: 5 classes $50 for members, $60 for non-members – Single Class $15 All material is included
Space is limited to 10 participants and all material is supplied.

The art of bonsai

​Learn traditional Japanese techniques working on your own Bonsai using a variety of plant species including subtropical natives. Workshop includes instructions on methods of wiring, pruning, potting and maintaining Bonsai.

AMERICAN ORCHID SOCIETY JUDGING

West Palm Beach Judging Center

Monthly orchid judging takes place at Flamingo Gardens on the fourth Saturday of each month (except December), and the public is invited to observe the judging process. The West Palm Beach Judging Center of the American Orchid Society encourages everyone to bring orchids in for judging. It's a great way to learn about orchids, and most monthly meetings also include educational presentations.

WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP

Watercolor…radiant, glowing, dramatic! It can be, and is, all of these things! Let Pamela Keane, award-winning watercolor artist and veteran art educator, guide you to achieve success in your paintings.  You will be introduced to the basic keystones of artistic expression, explore color theory, learn design & composition, and focus on watercolor technique.  Each of the two workshop sessions will include classroom lecture & discussion, demonstration of watercolor technique, the completion of one painting done in class from start to finish, and instruction on your own individual paintings.  Space is limited, supplies are not provided, bring a bag lunch, beverages will be provided. List of supplies needed.
