Creepy crawling creatures invade Flamingo Gardens this Father’s Day Weekend with David Rogers’ Big Bugs exhibit of giant insect sculptures throughout the gardens and live bug displays in the Gallery. Visitors of all ages will enjoy 10 larger-than-life sculptures created by artist David Rogers including a 10' tall Daddy Long Legs and a 17' long Praying Mantis! Inside the Gallery you will discover some of the fascinating insects of South Florida and the Everglades, including live specimens and educational activities. 

Challenge Dad to eat a bug! Featured Creatures Weekend features special education stations and bug related activities in addition to the usual garden and wildlife exhibits at Flamingo Gardens. Featured Creatures is included with paid admission to Flamingo Gardens. Members and Adventure Pass holders admitted free.

David Rogers' Big Bugs exhibit comes alive at night with self guided moonlight tours at Flamingo Gardens. Enjoy a quiet stroll through the Arboretum to view the beautifully lit sculptures at night. Additional Moonlight Tours July 24 and August 21, 2021.

Admission is for Big Bugs Moonlight Tours is 7-9pm only and is $15.95 ages 12+, $12.95 ages 3-11. Members, Adventure Pass holders and children 2 or younger free. No other discounts, passes, or offers apply. This tour does not include wildlife exhibits, Wray Home Museum, or Narrated Tram Tours.
