Booking Deposit 50% of contract due at signing.  Balance due in full 4 weeks before event.

Security Deposit $200.00 Refundable clean-up/security deposit per location due upon booking.

Additional Fees:

  • Ceremonies or receptions held before or after Garden hours will incur a $100 surcharge per hour.
  • Ceremonies or receptions that extend beyond alotted time may incur an additional $100 fee per hour.
  • Security Guard is required for events with beer and wine, or after hours, at an additional $30 fee per hour.
  • Kitchen may be rented for an additional $150 fee.


Cancelation Policy: Upon receipt of Booking Deposit, a 50% penalty fee will taken if booking is canceled 91 days or more prior to event. No refunds will be made if booking is canceled within 90 days or less of event. Please remember you are booking an outdoor garden venue. No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather- no exceptions.

Forms of payment: Cash, Credit card, and checks are accepted

Tax: Subject to 6% Florida State Sales Tax.

Prices Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice until advent of signed agreement.

Set up: All set up and breakdown is responsibilty of lessee.

Food: Outside Catering is not allowed. Catering must be with our preferred providers. 

Alcoholic Beverages: Champagne, wine, and beer only may be served, however no hard liquor is allowed. No self-provided alcohol is permitted. All our preferred caterers have valid liquor license and provide us with a Certificate of Insurance. 

Security: A Security Guard must be provided at your expense for all functions where beer and wine is served, and at all after-hours events.

  • Wray Home Lawn- Canopy of Live Oaks surrounding historic 1933 period home accomodates 50 to 200+ guests.
  • Barbecue Pavilion- Over 3,000 sq.ft. covered picnic area can accomodate 50 to 200 comfortably. Optional Kitchen available.
  • Meeting Room- Excellent classroom venue (43'x22') can accomodate 30 classroom style up to 50 lecture style.
  • Chickee Hut- Covered outdoor pavilion for up to 50 guests.
  • Gallery- 2300 sq. ft. (33'x72') with banquet table setting, buffet area and video screens for up to 70 guests.
  • Miscellaneous Garden Areas- are also available for rental for all number of guests.


Base Fee (any of the above):  

  • $600.00 for up to 30 persons (Meeting Rm, Chickee Hut, Gallery)
  • $700.00 for up to 50 persons (Meeting Rm, Chickee Hut, Gallery)
  • $800.00 for 51 to 70 persons (Gallery, BBQ, or Wray Lawn only)
  • $1000.00 for 71 to 100 persons (BBQ and Wray Lawn only) 
  • $1500.00 for 101 to 200 (BBQ and Wray Lawn only) 
  • $2000.00 for 201 to 250 (BBQ and Wray Lawn only) 

Time Period: Venue rental rates are for 3 hour periods with 1/2 hour before and after for set up and clean up. Additional hours may incur a $100 per hour surcharge above the base rate.

Per person charge: Prices are for venue rental locations only. Additional charge for all day use of all park facilities including Tram Tour & Wildlife Encounter is $10 per adult/ $7 per child
