Botanical Gardens & EVERGLADES Wildlife Sanctuary

​Flamingo Gardens is now reopened with no capacity restrictions.

Our highest priority is the health and safety of the Flamingo Gardens community, so our employees continue to provide additional cleaning protocols and will continue to wear masks when interacting with guests.

  • Walk-in admissions are available at Ticket Booth with no capacity restrictions.
  • Online tickets are available for your convenience (and a discount) with hourly time slots for entry from 10am-3pm. Once inside, you may stay as long as you like until 5pm.
  • Online tickets are good for one year. If you miss your time slot, you may use them at any later timeslot, or another day up to a year. No need to reschedule- just present your online tickets at the ticket booth.​
  • Masks and social distancing are no longer required. We ask that guests still wear a mask indoors and social distance for your own protection and that of others, but masks will no longer be enforced.
  • Narrated Tram Tour is fully operational. We request that all guests wear a mask for your own safety, but masks and social distancing will no longer be enforced on the Tram.
  • Wildlife Encounter Shows have resumed. Again, we ask that all guests wear a mask and social distance for your own safety, but we will not enforce it.

Additional Ticket Policy Information
Limited online tickets available for the following times:

Sunday through Saturday, 10:00am – 4:00pm.

  • Tickets may be purchased online in advance or at the ticket booth.
  • Tickets are good for up to one year.
  • If you miss your visit, you may come at a later hour, or another day without changing your ticket. Just show your online ticket at the ticket booth
  • Tickets are rain or shine. Bring an umbrella or choose to wait for a sunnier day!
  • If you can not make your reserved time, you may call us to reschedule your visit but you do not need to. Just show your online ticket when you arrive and it will be honored up to one year after the date.

We ask for your patience as we are experiencing high call volume and have limited staff. Please leave a message, and we will return your call by the end of the day.

American Horticultural Society's (AHS) Reciprocal Admissions Program (RAP) Membership:

Reciprocal programs do not need reservations and may check in at the Ticket Booth when you arrive.


For everyones health and safety we ask all our guests still:

  • Wear facial coverings.
  • Maintain Social distancing of 6’ from other guest
  • Yield to other guests.
  • These guidelines are voluntary and will no longer be enforced.
  • Our Employees will continue to wear masks for our own safety and the safety others. 

Flamingo Gardens has implemented these additional safety measures: 

  • The Wray Home Museum and Gallery have reopened with self-guided tours. We ask that you please wear your masks indoors.
  • Frequent touch surfaces will be regularly wiped down throughout the day.
  • Restrooms will be cleaned at least every 2 hours. We ask that guests remain outside while waiting for an open stall.

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms as outlined by the CDC or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive with COVID-19, you will not be permitted to visit the Garden.

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms or combinations of symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills or repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
