WEDDING & RECEPTION LOCATIONS

• Victorian Gazebo Perfect for a romantic ceremony.
• Banyan Tree ​The expansive canopy of the Banyan tree and woody aerial roots create a naturalistic background.
  
• Wray Home Lawn Canopy of Live Oaks surrounding historic 1933 home can accommodate up to 250 guests.
  
• Barbecue Pavilion 2,500 sq.ft. covered picnic area/ with optional kitchen/brick BBQ accommodates up to 150 guests.
  
• Gallery Air-conditioned space can accommodate up to 75 guests with banquet setting, buffet area, and dance floor.
  
• Miscellaneous Garden Areas Open areas for use during ceremonies.​

WEDDING & RECEPTION RATES
Ceremony Only:

• Ceremony (Up to 20 Guests)-    $700.00*
  
• Ceremony (21-50 Guests)-        $1500.00*
  
• Ceremony (51-100 Guests)-      $2000.00*
  
• Ceremony (101-150 Guests)-    $2500.00
  
• Ceremony (151-200 Guests)-    $3000.00
  
• Ceremony (201-250 Guests)-    $3500.00
  

*Chairs are provided for ceremonies up to 100 guests only. Additional chairs are available for rent. 

Ceremony with Reception:     

• $800 in addition to above ceremony base rates
• Ceremony with outdoor reception - 250 person maximum capacity on Wray Lawn; 150 person max capacity in Pavilion; 150 person max capacity on Banyan Lawn.
  
• Ceremony with indoor reception - 75 person maximum capacity in Gallery, 50 person capacity in Meeting Room.
  
• Ceremony only rental rate is for 2 hours.
  
• Ceremony with reception rental rate is for 6 hours.
  
• $800 for each additional hour.
  
• Reception does not include chairs or tables.​
• Additional charges will be incurred for additional spaces used for Cocktails or Bridal Prep.
  

Wedding Photo Shoots

This charge is not incurred if the wedding ceremony and/or reception is held at Flamingo Gardens.

$200 for admission for one wedding photographer and wedding party, up to 4 people for 2 hours. (Reservations Required)

Additional guests- $25 per person​

DEPOSITS
Booking Deposit 50% of contract due at signing.  Balance due in full 4 weeks before event.

Security Deposit $200.00 Refundable clean-up/security deposit per location due upon booking. Facility must be left as found for deposit return.

Additional Fees:

• Ceremonies or receptions held before or after Garden hours will incur a $100 surcharge per hour.
• Ceremonies or receptions that extend beyond alotted time may incur an additional $800 fee per hour.
  
• Security Guard is required for events with beer and wine, or after hours, at an additional $30 fee per hour.
  

POLICIES
Cancelation Policy: Once Booking Deposit and payment is received, there will be a 50% penalty fee if booking is canceled 91 days or more prior to event. No refunds will be made for cancellations 90 days or less of event day. Please remember you are booking an outdoor garden wedding. No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather- no exceptions.

Forms of payment: Cash, Credit card, and checks are accepted

Tax: Subject to 7% Florida State Sales Tax.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice until advent of signed agreement.

Set up: All set up and breakdown is responsibilty of lessee.

Food: Outside Catering is not allowed. Catering must be with our preferred providers. 

Alcoholic Beverages: Champagne, wine, and beer only may be served, however no hard liquor is allowed. No self-provided alcohol is permitted. All our preferred caterers have valid liquor license and provide us with a Certificate of Insurance. 

Security: A Security Guard will be provided at your expense for all functions where beer and wine is served, and at all after-hours events.

 In keeping with the Broward County mandate FLAMINGO GARDENS IS CLOSED until further notice.
